Portrait, square or landscape
Give each clip the right frame.
Phone footage does not always have the same shape as the video you want to finish. NeoCut includes portrait, square and landscape canvas options, including a tall 1:2 format.
Fill the background
Choose a canvas colour, a blurred background from the same video, or a photo background.
A blurred video background can fill the surrounding canvas while keeping the main clip visible in its own frame.

Balance the volume of your clips, then use Pro to record a voice-over, add fades or shape a soundtrack with six-band EQ and audio effects.
Pro also includes automatic captions in Beta. Choose the spoken language; each clip can process up to five minutes of source audio. A local model may download on first use, and the words and timing need a review.

Take your project to another screen.
To move an edit, choose Save project + media on your first device. Transfer that backup to your other device and choose Open project in NeoCut.
Your Pro account restores your purchased access in up to two active browser sessions. Project media is local to your device and is not moved by signing in. Save a backup before clearing browser data.
Using NeoCut on a phone
Do I need to install an app?
No. Open NeoCut in a supported browser with JavaScript enabled. You can also install it from a supported browser for convenient access. No APK is needed.
Will my phone export 4K?
4K is a Pro option on supported devices. NeoCut checks available export options; support depends on your browser, device and project. A higher export resolution does not add detail that was missing from your footage.
Can I use every effect in the finished video?
Some advanced effects do not yet have full export support. NeoCut flags unsupported effects before rendering so you can review your project.
Does my account back up the edit?
Your account restores Pro access. To back up the edit itself, save a project with its media and keep the file somewhere you can find it again.
