Try Pro with confidence

You can request a full refund for a change of mind within 14 calendar days after payment confirmation, even if you have used Pro.

The window runs until the end of the 14th day after confirmation, using UTC. Your account shows the deadline when available. If confirmation is delayed, we do not shorten your window.

This is our voluntary guarantee. It does not limit any statutory cancellation rights or other consumer rights.

How to request a refund

Email iamneoficial@gmail.com with a clear request to cancel or receive a refund. Include your purchase email and receipt reference if available so we can locate it.

You do not need to give a reason. Send the request before the deadline; it does not need to be processed before then. Never send your password or full card details.

What happens next

After verifying the purchase, we issue a full refund to the original payment method, without a refund fee. We issue eligible refunds without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. Your bank may need additional time to display the money.

A full refund ends the Pro access supplied by that purchase. Your account and the Free editor remain available. Local projects stay on your device.

After the 14 days

Your Pro access continues. The end of the change-of-mind window does not end your legal rights.

If NeoCut is faulty, does not match its description or you have another purchase problem, contact us. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under applicable law.
