These terms cover the editor and purchases made directly through neocut.uk. They should be read with our refund policy and privacy notice.
Free editing is available without an account. It includes basic editing, selected filters, effects and transitions, and 720p export. Neither Free nor Pro adds a watermark.
Pro adds the full creative tool and preset collections and higher-resolution export options, including 1080p, 1440p and 4K. Features marked Pro require an active Pro purchase. The current feature description is shown before checkout.
Your device and browser affect supported features, export options and performance. Review the compatibility information below before buying.
NeoCut Pro costs £14.99 as a one-time payment, including applicable taxes in the displayed total. There is no recurring subscription, renewal fee or delivery charge.
Select Pro, review the price and enter your email and payment details in Stripe Checkout. You can correct these details or leave checkout before paying. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion charges if you pay from another currency.
Your purchase is confirmed when payment succeeds. Some payment methods take longer to confirm. After confirmation, use the account activation email to choose your password, or sign in to your existing account. Pro is available after payment and account verification. Contact us if payment succeeds but access is missing.
Checkout and account screens offer English and Romanian where available. These terms are provided in English. Purchases are available only when checkout is enabled; sandbox transactions are tests and do not charge real money.
Pro is a lifetime-access purchase with no scheduled expiry or further subscription payments. Keep access to your purchase email so you can activate and recover your account.
Each account can have two active browser sessions, on any devices. When both are in use, you can choose a session to replace. Clearing browser data may require signing in again; it does not cancel your purchase.
Keep your password private. Access is for the purchaser’s use and must not be resold or shared as a multi-user account. You may use the editor for personal or commercial projects, provided you have the necessary rights to your materials.
You can request a full change-of-mind refund within 14 calendar days after payment confirmation, even if you have used Pro. The window ends at the end of the 14th day after confirmation, using UTC. Your account shows the deadline when available.
Email us a clear cancellation request before the deadline. No reason is required. The refund policy explains the process and includes an optional cancellation message.
We issue eligible refunds without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, using the original payment method without a refund fee. Your bank may need additional time to show the credit. A full refund ends the Pro access supplied by that purchase; the Free editor remains available.
Starting to use Pro does not remove this guarantee. Your statutory cancellation rights and rights concerning faulty or misdescribed products remain unaffected.
You retain ownership of the content you create or import. You must have permission to use any footage, music, images, fonts or other materials in your project.
Editing and rendering run on your device. Your account restores Pro access, not project files. Save backups using the project export tools, especially before clearing browser storage, changing domains or switching devices.
NeoCut’s software and branding remain owned by their respective rights holders. Bundled third-party resources have their own licences and attribution requirements: see visual and font credits and music and sound credits.
NeoCut requires a compatible, up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled. Account activation, payment verification and resource downloads need an internet connection. Available codecs, memory and hardware affect editing and export.
Some advanced preview effects may not be supported in the final export. The editor identifies unsupported features before export. Automatic captions are a Beta feature and may contain errors; review their words and timing.
Maintenance, updates or outages may temporarily affect availability. We will address service problems and provide any remedies required by law. These terms do not give us a right to withdraw purchased access arbitrarily or remove your statutory rights.
Do not use NeoCut to infringe others’ rights, distribute unlawful material, commit fraud, bypass payment or session controls, or disrupt the service.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats or a serious breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue. Contact us if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
We remain responsible for meeting our legal obligations, including the applicable standards for digital content and services. If something is faulty or differs from its description, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights are not limited by the 14-day commercial refund window.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove mandatory protections or any right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
We may update these terms for future use and purchases. An update does not retrospectively reduce the rights attached to your existing purchase. The version date appears at the top of this page.
You can request a full refund for a change of mind within 14 calendar days after payment confirmation, even if you have used Pro.

This is our voluntary guarantee. It does not limit any statutory cancellation rights or other consumer rights.

You do not need to give a reason. Send the request before the deadline; it does not need to be processed before then. Never send your password or full card details.
Request a refundAfter verifying the purchase, we issue a full refund to the original payment method, without a refund fee. We issue eligible refunds without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. Your bank may need additional time to display the money.
A full refund ends the Pro access supplied by that purchase. Your account and the Free editor remain available. Local projects stay on your device.
Your Pro access continues. The end of the change-of-mind window does not end your legal rights.
If NeoCut is faulty, does not match its description or you have another purchase problem, contact us. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under applicable law.
